The BUILD program is a 12-week fast-track experience aimed at quickly developing physical and mental strength – it is in-person and group-based. ROUND-2 meanwhile is a 1:1 online training program that is much more in-depth. Clients progress through the program at different rates, however, on average it lasts between 4-6 months to fully work through.

BUILD: Ideal for men looking to quickly enhance their physical strength and mental resilience through structured group training and interactive sessions. It’s perfect if you’re new to fitness or seeking a strong, supportive community to kick-start your journey.

ROUND-2: Designed for guys who want to access coaching to improve their mental state while upholding their privacy and keeping it on their terms. Ideal for anyone who is more comfortable working on a 1-2-1 basis rather than a group setting.


I’ll be upfront: this program isn’t for everyone. It’s definitely not for men who are unwilling or unable to step out of their comfort zone. Equally, this isn’t for men who are too stuck in their ways to step back, challenge their thinking, and take responsibility for themselves.

We recognise that group training isn’t for everyone, and therefore, while BUILD serves as an excellent start point, ROUND-2 may be a stronger option for you. This is especially the case if you’ve got specific goals that require a more focused approach.


Personal Training doesn’t have a fixed monthly cost because it is tailored to each individual’s needs and progress. The program’s duration and intensity can vary, and it is designed to provide a personalised approach that adapts as you advance. This flexibility ensures that you receive the exact support and resources necessary to achieve your goals, rather than paying for a one-size-fits-all solution.


The recommended starting point is the BUILD or ROUND-2. These programs will not only help you rapidly build physical and mental strength but also familiarise you with how The Strong Men operates. If you’d rather join the community on an ongoing basis, without completing either the BUILD or 1:1 coaching, then please contact me directly.

Having completed either programs, you’ll then have the opportunity to continue on with The Strong Men. We run recurring monthly events for the guys in the community to get involved with and to continue developing their physical capability, mental resilience and tribe mentality.


Currently, the BUILD Program is run in Edinburgh only, though we hope to expand to Glasgow in the near future. ROUND-2 is offered entirely online and Personal Training is accessible in Edinburgh, Glasgow and online.
